• Bachelor|MPhil - M.Phil Pharmacy, Pharm-D, B-Pharmacy, in Pharmacy, recognised by HEC
• M.Phil in Pharmacy from HEC recognized University with five years experience in a tertiary care hospital pharmacy
• OR Pharm-D, B-Pharmacy from HEC recognized University with seven years experience in a tertiary care hospital
• At least 3 years experience as Chief Pharmacist/Head Pharmacist in a reputable tertiary care hospital

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Five years experience in a tertiary care hospital pharmacy with M.Phil, or seven years with Pharm-D/B-Pharmacy including at least 3 years as Chief/Head Pharmacist

• Male: 30 – 45 years
• Female: 30 – 45 years
• Transgender: 30 – 45 years
