- The page URL- copy it from your browser's address bar. Without it we often cannot find the listing you mean.
- What is wrong, and what is correct - for example: “last date shows 12 August, the official advertisement says 5 August”.
- A link to the official source if you have one. It lets us verify and fix in one step instead of writing back to you.
- Never send personal documents - do not email CNIC copies, certificates, bank details or passwords. We do not need them and will not use them.
