These Terms of Service govern your use of Pakistan Government Jobs at https://www.pakistangovernmentjobs.com(the “website”). By visiting the website, searching listings, or creating an account, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

They apply together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, both of which form part of this agreement.

Pakistan Government Jobs is an independent, privately operated information service. It collects publicly advertised government job vacancies in Pakistan and presents them in a searchable form.

It is important that you understand what that excludes. We are not:

• a government body, and we have no affiliation with or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, any department, any public service commission or any testing service;
• an employer, recruiter, recruitment agency or agent;
• a party to any application, test, interview or appointment - we neither receive applications nor influence selection;
• a guarantor that any vacancy shown exists, remains open, or is described accurately.

Applications are made only to the hiring organisation, through the method stated in its official advertisement. Our disclaimer sets this out in full and you should read it before relying on anything here.

Listings are copies of information published elsewhere and may be incomplete, outdated or mistaken. You agree that before applying, paying any fee, or otherwise acting on information from this website, you will confirm the details at the official source - the hiring organisation's own website or the original advertisement.

Where this website and the official source disagree, the official source governs. You use the information here at your own risk.

Using this website is free. We do not charge for searching, for an account, for saving jobs, or for any job-related service, and we will never ask you to pay for a job, a test slot, a result or a “guaranteed” selection.

Anyone who demands payment while claiming to represent Pakistan Government Jobs is acting fraudulently and without any authority from us. We accept no liability for their actions. Please report such attempts to hello@pakistangovernmentjobs.com.

An account is optional and only needed for features such as saving jobs and alerts. If you create one, you agree to:

• give accurate registration details and keep them up to date;

You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that threatens the security or availability of the service.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-copy listings or any other content, by automated means or otherwise, except as a search engine indexing the site in line with our robots.txt;
• republish substantial parts of our content as your own, or build a competing listing service from it;
• interfere with the website's operation or security - including denial-of-service attempts, vulnerability probing without permission, or bypassing access controls;
• impersonate Pakistan Government Jobs, imply an affiliation you do not have, or use our name or content to solicit payments from job seekers;
• upload or transmit anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory or malicious;
• use the website in breach of any applicable law.

Reasonable personal use - reading, searching, saving and sharing a link to a listing - is of course welcome and encouraged.

The design, layout, code, original text and compilation of listings on this website belong to Pakistan Government Jobs and are protected by applicable copyright law. You may not copy, adapt or redistribute them substantially without our written permission.

The underlying facts in a listing - post names, eligibility criteria, dates - come from public government advertisements and remain the material of the issuing organisation. Names, abbreviations and logos of government bodies are used only to identify the advertiser of a vacancy and remain the property of their respective owners; their use implies no affiliation or endorsement.

We link to official department, commission and testing service websites so you can verify listings. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Once you leave this website, the other site's terms and privacy policy apply to you.

We provide the website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the service - including features, listings or accounts - at any time, with or without notice. Maintenance, hosting failures and factors outside our control can all interrupt access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Pakistan Government Jobs nor the people who operate it will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of opportunity, earnings, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the website. This includes a missed deadline, a rejected or ineligible application, an inaccurate or expired listing, money spent on fees, documents, tests or travel, and any loss caused by a third party misusing our name.
