• Bachelor|Master - MCS, M.IT, BCS, BS, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, recognised by HEC
• MCS/M.IT or BCS/BS (First division) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information System or Information Technology from an HEC recognized university
• At least three years post-qualification experience in relevant field
• Skills of planning and implementation of hardware and software applications

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• At least three years post-qualification experience in the relevant field in a public or private sector organization

• Male: 25 – 40 years
• Female: 25 – 40 years
• Transgender: 25 – 40 years
