Duties and responsibilities

  • Perform digital investigations and incident response activities and report on security incidents
  • Analyze endpoints, servers and network components with possible indicators of compromise
  • Analyze artifacts from security incidents and forensic investigations, create lessons-learned reports and oversee post-incident activities
  • Identify security incidents through hunting operations within SIEM and other tools
  • Interface with server owners, system custodians and IT contacts for incident response activities including artifact collection and containment
  • Work with third parties on incident response, security breach investigations and remediation
  • Maintain and improve security incident process and protocol documentation
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, standards and best practices

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelors (16 Years) - BS Information Security, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Software Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, BS Electronic Engineering, BS Cyber Security, in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Cyber Security, recognised by HEC
  • Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Cyber Security from an HEC recognized university
  • At least 03 years post-qualification experience in incident response and digital forensics
  • Must hold CHFI, eCDFP, CySA+, SSCP or similar forensic certification

Experience required

  • Required experience: At least 3 years
  • At least 03 years post-qualification experience in cyber security, information security, incident response, threat hunting, digital forensics and malware research within large-scale national or international organizations
  • Experience accepted from: Large-Scale National Organizations, International Organizations

Age limit

  • Male: 24 – 34 years
  • Female: 24 – 34 years
  • Transgender: 24 – 34 years
