Serve as the focal point for coordination and onboarding of participating organizations, systems and stakeholders on a 24/7 basis.
Duties and responsibilities
- Serve as focal point for coordination and onboarding of participating organizations, systems and stakeholders on a 24/7 basis
- Facilitate log source onboarding
- Coordinate with technical teams for integration and testing
- Maintain records of onboarded entities
- Provide incident coordination support
- Ensure communication between FCERT and stakeholders
- Prepare status reports
- Perform shift-based duties per SOPs
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Minimum 16 years education or MS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Information Technology, Data Science, Telecommunications, Electronics and related disciplines, in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 16 years of education or MS in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution
- International certification in incident handling and SOC operations desired
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 6 years
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience including at least 4 years of recent experience in coordination, onboarding, SOC operations or related roles
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 45 years
