About this vacancy
NADRA requires an Assistant Director (System Analyst) on a contractual basis at Islamabad, responsible for business process analysis, requirements elicitation and documentation within a software development environment. Selected candidate will undergo a 6 months probation period, extendable subject to performance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform business process analysis, requirements elicitation and data interpretation
- Translate client requirements into highly specified documents, project briefs or charts
- Present technical proposals to clients
- Produce detailed documentation and solution design
- Conduct meetings and produce Minutes of Meetings
- Assist in producing requirements of ISMS (ISO 27001)
- Manage stakeholders and build effective relationships
- Any other relevant task assigned
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - BSCS, BSIT, BSSE, in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's (4 years) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent
- Degrees must be attested by HEC
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Competent in stakeholder management
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- NOC required for Government/Semi-Government employees
Experience required
- Required experience: 3 – 5 years
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a System Analyst in a software development environment
Age limit
- All candidates: 18 – 37 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 6 Sept 2026.
- The upper limit already includes the general age relaxation of 5 years; it is not added again.
