ASSISTANT PRIVATE SECRETARY (APS)

Assistant Private Secretary (equivalent to PPS-6) at the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, handling telephone and call records, scheduling and diary management, dictation and typing, and preparation of papers for meetings and interviews.

• Telephone handling and maintaining call records
• Schedule engagements and maintain the officer's diary
