• Install and maintain computers, printers and related hardware at hospital registration areas
• Provide hands-on training to registration staff on HMIS and queue management systems
• Collect and verify data for user account creation and system configuration
• Monitor queue management screens, LED screens and ticket displays
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and user related issues at registration counters
• Coordinate with the Site Lead to maintain stable network connectivity
• Provide daily reports on patient volumes and system status

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or Software Engineering
• 01 year of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 1 year
• 01 years of relevant post-qualification experience
