Chief Implementation & Monitoring Officer (CIMO)

Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA), Lahore invites applications from Police Department officers posted in Punjab for the position of Chief Implementation & Monitoring Officer (PSCA-04) at PPIC3 Centre, Lahore on contract basis.

• Implement policies of the Authority in letter and spirit
• Ensure coordination with all stakeholders on operational matters
• Oversee training modules implementation and interact with key stakeholders along with Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• Ensure vision and policies of the Authority are communicated to all concerned without failure
• Ensure other units coordinate with each other during implementation of projects
• Liaise with consultants and contractors on regular basis
• Ensure risks and delays in implementation are timely highlighted and mitigated
• Supervise the work of CTO, CISO and associated technical/operational domain leads
• Oversee Punjab-wide operational monitoring including crime monitoring, Pre-EDAC and EDAC (Electronic Data Analysis Center), traffic monitoring, surveillance and automated challans, and Emergency 15 response and dispatch operations
• Take all lawful steps to achieve targets assigned by the Authority

• Bachelor's or Master's - Master's, Sixteen (16) Years Education, in Law, Engineering, Public Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
• Must be from Police Department posted in Punjab
• Master's / Sixteen (16) years of education in Law, Engineering, Public Administration, IT or Management Sciences from HEC-recognized institution
• Minimum 8 years of police service in supervisory position
• Exposure to enterprise IT systems, command-and-control infrastructure or digital policing solutions preferred
• Government/Autonomous/Semi Government employees must apply through proper channel
• HEC equivalence certificate required for foreign degree

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• Minimum eight (08) years of police service in supervisory position with exposure to Policy Formulation/Policy Analysis, Organizational Development and Organizational Management; preference for demonstrated exposure to enterprise IT systems, command-and-control infrastructure or digital policing solutions; exposure to international learning environment
• Experience accepted from: Punjab Police

• All candidates: 30 – 45 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 15 Oct 2026.
