• Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable technical plans. • Design and enhance Data Center infrastructure, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational excellence. • Optimize OPEX and ensure effective budget capitalization while maintaining high service availability and efficiency. • Lead operations frameworks, capacity planning, process improvements, certifications, and compliance readiness. • Oversee procurement strategy, vendor management, and SLA governance to ensure performance and accountability. • Drive major incident management and ensure root cause analysis (RCA) governance with rapid issue resolution. • Integrate Data Center management tools with enterprise service management systems for seamless operations. • Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to evaluate and align emerging technologies with corporate standards and scalability goals. • Engage with corporate and client teams for technical onboarding/offboarding and support pre/post-sales engagements. • Ensure customer-centric service delivery, maintaining vendor satisfaction above defined KPIs (target: 95%+). • Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews, ensure SLA adherence, and execute contingency plans as required. • Oversee regulatory, compliance, ISO, and DC Tier documentation, ensuring audit readiness and bridging compliance gaps. • Lead initiatives in emerging technologies including AI, Quantum Computing, IoT, and Cybersecurity for future scalability. Duties and responsibilities
