• Develop and implement the strategic communication plan of the Department
• Advise on media strategy, messaging and public relations
• Coordinate with print, electronic and digital media
• Prepare communication material, campaigns and reports
• Build capacity of departmental communication staff

• Bachelor|PhD - PhD in Mass Communication, 16 Years Education in Mass Communication, in Journalism, recognised by HEC
• PhD in Mass Communication or relevant subject with 10 years professional experience
• OR 16 years education in the above subjects with 12 years professional experience in the relevant field
• Maximum age 62 years as on the closing date

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• PhD in Mass Communication or a relevant subject with 10 years professional experience, or 16 years education in the above subjects with 12 years professional experience in the relevant field
