Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate with the CEO on meetings, seminars, events and inaugurations of the company
- Maintain updated presentations and documentation for Board, HRC, Procurement and Civil Works
- Manage production, designing, printing and publications
- Liaise with communication firms for day-to-day activities and outputs
- Manage branding services including office branding, vehicle branding, sign boards and event management
- Design and implement communication and outreach strategies across print, electronic, website and social media
- Prepare work plans for workshops, trainings, meetings and seminars
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - Bachelors in Marketing, Bachelors in Mass Communication, Bachelors in Public Administration, Bachelors in Journalism, in Journalism, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Administration or Journalism
- 05 years of work experience in social media, print media and press releases
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- 05 years of work experience in social media, print media and press release management
Age limit
- Male: 18 – 60 years
- Female: 18 – 60 years
- Transgender: 18 – 60 years
