Duties and responsibilities
- Provide data by operating a computer and prepare equipment for operations
- Maintain incident logs for all monitored systems
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and tests
- Troubleshoot malfunctions
- Monitor and react to the IT operations processing schedule
- Respond to telephone, email and voice mail inquiries from internal customers on computer related problems
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - Bachelors (14 years) in any discipline, recognised by HEC
- 14 years of education (Bachelors) in any discipline
- 01 year of relevant experience
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 1 year
- 01 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Age limit
- Male: 23 – 45 years
- Female: 23 – 45 years
- Transgender: 23 – 45 years
