• Design and develop databases, data warehouses and multidimensional databases
• Design and implement measures, measure groups, granularity, calculated measures and aggregate functions
• Implement cubes and configure dimensions in a cube
• Develop reports using prescriptive analytics and predictive modelling with regression, classification and clustering techniques
• Configure authentication and authorization for the reporting solution
• Implement interactivity in reports and configure report data sources and datasets
• Implement, manage and maintain the SQL database server and other storage devices
• Monitor and tune performance of the database server and storage devices
• Perform routine maintenance including log management and monitoring
• Optimize storage
• Establish standards and schedules for database backups using System Center Data Protection Manager
• Develop and ensure backups, schedules and test recovery and restoration procedures
• Manage database users and security
• Support development teams with RDBMS related issues
• Act as principal designer for complex systems and subsystems
• Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to end users
• Maintain documentation and procedures for database, data storage and backup policies
• Ensure availability of database backups onsite and offsite
• Control access permissions and privileges and perform ETL and data migration
• Provide database management, operations, support and upgrade capabilities for the IT department
• Incorporate changes in database structure through proper change management and support data preparation, visualization and dashboard development using Tableau or Power BI

• Bachelors (16 Years) - BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Software Engineering, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors degree (Hons) in IT, Computer Sciences, Software Engineering or a relevant degree from a recognized university
• 8 years post-qualification experience including at least two years in the public sector
• Experience in SSAS, SSRS, SSIS and TSQL/PLSQL programming
• Experience in AI and machine learning using Python
• Experience of MS SQL and MySQL tuning
• Knowledge of computing and storage systems using System Center Data Protection Manager
• Experience in data preparation, visualization, analysis and dashboard development using Tableau or Power BI

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• 8 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field including at least two years experience in the public sector; experience in SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, TSQL/PLSQL programming, AI and machine learning using Python, MS SQL and MySQL tuning, and Tableau or Power BI
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Entities Registered with SECP, Private Entities Registered with Registrar of Firms, Private Entities Registered with a Public Sector Regulatory Authority
