About this vacancy
Oversee FCERT operational execution and ensure coordination among the SOC and technical wings at NTISB. Five years' general age relaxation has already been added to the upper age limit; no other age relaxation is admissible.
Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee FCERT operational execution
- Ensure coordination among SOC and technical wings
- Monitor service delivery standards
- Review SOPs
- Ensure policy compliance
- Supervise subordinate units
- Identify operational risks
- Prepare periodic reports
Eligibility criteria
- Master's or PhD - MSCS, MSIT, PhD Computer Engineering, PhD Information Technology, PhD Computer Science and related degrees as listed in the advertisement, in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Minimum Master's or PhD in Cyber Security, Network Security, Information Security, Telecommunication or related engineering discipline
- International certifications (CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001) strongly desired
- Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) strongly desired
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 12 years
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in Information/Cyber Security/ICT and proven experience in managing projects in the Information/Cyber Security/ICT field in public and private sectors
Age limit
- All candidates: 34 – 50 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 12 Oct 2026.
- The upper limit already includes the general age relaxation of 5 years; it is not added again.
