• Assist ED NGT/ Estab in discharge of his duties and represent ED in his absence
• Coordinate directly with the Technical Managers to monitor technical sprints, sensor rollouts, and software deployments
• Prepare consolidated progress reports for the Project Director and identify operational bottlenecks
• Manage day-to-day conflict resolution and resource allocation across all functional areas
• Look after HR, Admin and financial matters of NGT
• Exercise control on support staff
• Ensure Policy formulation and implementation
• Coordination between NGT, NEOC & H.Hub

• Bachelor|Master - MS, BS, recognised by HEC
• MS/ BS or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/ institution in a relevant field
• 16-18 years of progressively responsible professional experience, preferably in the public sector, government, development sector, disaster management, humanitarian response or large-scale project/ programme management
• Experience in Disaster Management organization will be prerequisite
