• Provide IT support for operating systems including Windows, Linux and macOS
• Support MS Office and common office software
• Support basic networking including LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi
• Troubleshoot hardware including PCs, printers and scanners
• Manage ticketing and help desk systems

• Bachelor|Diploma - Bachelors (14 years) in any discipline, DAE in Electrical or Electronics, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's degree (at least 2nd division or equivalent CGPA) from an HEC recognized university, or Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical, Electronics or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 03 years of experience in IT support

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Minimum 03 years of experience in IT support including operating systems, MS Office, basic networking, hardware troubleshooting and ticketing systems
