About this vacancy
IT Specialist for the Environmental Protection Force project, responsible for IT systems, portal operations and technical support.
Duties and responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network related issues
- Operate and maintain the portal ensuring seamless user experience and system uptime
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting and data management
- Provide technical support for data entry, dashboard operations and digital platforms
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and train staff on basic IT tools and software
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - BS Computer Science, BS Software Engineering, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
- 16 years of education in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 3 years
- Minimum 03 years of professional experience in IT systems, database management, networking or software development
Age limit
- All candidates: 22 – 35 years
