Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (MEO)

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), an autonomous body of the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, is imparting free education to around 4 million children across the Province. PEF seeks dynamic persons for the post of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. Recruitment is temporary, non-permanent and district wise on contract basis for one year, extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance. The recruitment is conducted by Central Testing Services (CTSPAK) on behalf of Punjab Education Foundation.

• Monitor and evaluate PEF partner schools in the designated district
• Perform field duties across the assigned district including hard areas
• Report on school performance and compliance to PEF

• Bachelor's
• Domicile of Punjab and of the respective district
• Valid motorcycle license, or permission from owner on stamp paper to use motorcycle
• Willing and able to do field work in the designated district
• Physically fit
• Not convicted by any court, dismissed from Armed Forces or Government job, or removed from any Government project
• LPR holders from Armed Forces must submit NOC
• DAE/Training diploma holders must submit Intermediate equivalence certificate from IBCC

• Fresh candidates must have minimum 16 years of education. JCOs/NCOs and equivalent from Army, Navy and Air Force must have minimum Graduation (14 years). Candidates having IT experience will be preferred.
• Experience accepted from: Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy, Pakistan Air Force

• All candidates: 25 – 40 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 7 Sept 2026.

An upper limit of 40 years means you must not have reached that age on the date age is counted. A relaxation applies only to the candidates the advertisement names, with the proof it asks for.

Shortlisting of candidates and written test will be conducted by Central Testing Service (CTS). Candidates securing 50% marks in the test shall be called for interview. Intimation of written test date, time and centres will be communicated to shortlisted candidates by CTS.
