About this vacancy
Monitoring Officer (IT) for Gujranwala Waste Management Company, responsible for digital verification of contractor performance, real-time monitoring of operations and data accuracy across district and tehsil operations.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure accurate validation of performance indicators used for contractor evaluation and payment processing
- Reduce discrepancies in performance assessment through systematic digital verification
- Continuously monitor vehicle movement, route adherence, waste transportation and manpower deployment
- Identify operational gaps and non-compliance early
- Cross-verify data generated from multiple digital platforms and eliminate reporting inconsistencies
- Provide timely reports, alerts and performance analyses to district and head office management
- Facilitate evidence-based decision making
- Monitor contractual obligations through digital systems and support enforcement of penalties and incentives
- Monitor complaint resolution and service delivery standards
- Assist field management in operational control, compliance verification and preparation of management reports
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelors (14 Years) - BS Computer Science, BS Project Management, BS Data Science, in Computer Science, Project Management, Data Science
- Minimum 14 years of education in Computer Sciences, Project Management or Data Sciences
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 1 year
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data management and analysis, operations or monitoring and evaluation of projects
Age limit
