• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain network and BMS systems
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks and resolve software or hardware issues
• Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
• Train end-users to set up and use the new business support system
• Backup and restore data files and systems
• Manage the ticketing system and help desk

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecom Engineering, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Computer Networks, Telecommunication or Software Engineering
• 01 year of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 1 year
• 01 years of relevant post-qualification experience
