Support technical teams during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting, and carry out office record and clerical duties. Five years' general age relaxation has already been added to the upper age limit; no other age relaxation is admissible.

• Organize case-related papers and references
• Open and track file movement
• Record important orders and decisions
• Record, index and weed files
• Monitor security labels on files
• Perform clerical duties including typing, diary maintenance, statement preparation and routine reminders

• Bachelor's - Minimum 14 years of education, BA, B.Com, BSc, B.Ed, B.Tech, Associate Degrees and other bachelor's degrees as listed in the advertisement, recognised by HEC
• Minimum 14 years of education; certification preferred
• Presentation skills, computer literacy and administrative competence
• Flexibility, honesty and punctuality
