• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of the on-site HMIS implementation team
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress with OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Pathology and Radiology teams
• Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operational coverage through effective duty scheduling
• Monitor live HMIS modules for system stability, accurate data entry and workflow adherence
• Handle critical technical and workflow issues escalated by junior staff
• Supervise setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT and HMIS equipment
• Oversee training quality and submit daily performance and issue reports

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Public Administration or Software Engineering
• 05 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience

• Male: 27 – 45 years
• Female: 27 – 45 years
• Transgender: 27 – 45 years
