• Design and own the end-to-end application architecture of the GIS platform covering service, tile-serving, imagery, API and integration layers
• Architect GeoServer cluster deployment with GeoWebCache for high-availability OGC compliant services
• Design the vector tile serving strategy using pg_tileserv with a multi-tier caching approach
• Design and oversee the satellite and drone imagery pipeline including COG processing
• Design the API and integration layer connecting the platform with government department systems
• Design the citizen-facing web map portal for high-volume public access
• Define platform performance standards and validate through load testing
• Lead and provide technical direction to the development team

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, Computer Networks, GIS, Space Sciences or Software Engineering
• 03 years of relevant experience

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience

• Female: 25 – 45 years
• Transgender: 25 – 45 years
