First-line SOC analyst responsible for continuous monitoring of security alerts and logs via SIEM platforms to identify potential threats in real time.

• Alert triage and distinguishing genuine incidents from false positives
• Document all findings and create incident tickets within a tracking system for audit and compliance
• Phishing email analysis
• Basic remediation steps
• Evidence collection and data enrichment
• Escalate complex incidents to Tier 2 analysts
• Monitor security sensor health
• Run vulnerability scans
• Maintain shift handover reports

• Bachelor's - BSCS, BSIT, BS Cybersecurity, MS Information Security, MS Cybersecurity, BE Computer Science and related degrees as listed in the advertisement, in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, recognised by HEC
• Bachelor's degree (16 years education) in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or related field
• Certifications in incident handling, SOC operations or offensive security preferable

• Required experience: At least 4 years
• Minimum 4 years of experience of which 2 years of recent experience as a SOC analyst

• All candidates: 26 – 35 years
