Conduct deep-dive investigations into escalated security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into escalated security incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Execute incident response tasks
- Perform threat hunting using behavioral analytics
- Analyze malware in sandbox environments
- Correlate data across multiple log sources
- Fine-tune SIEM rules
- Coordinate with IT teams
- Develop automated playbooks and SOPs
- Integrate external threat intelligence feeds
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - BSCS, BSIT, MSCS, MSIT, MS Information Security, MS Cybersecurity and related degrees as listed in the advertisement, in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in incident handling, SOC operations or offensive security preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- Minimum 4 years of experience of which 2 years of recent experience as a SOC analyst
Age limit
- All candidates: 26 – 40 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 12 Oct 2026.
