Lead advanced threat analysis and incident response in the NSOC, focusing on SIEM, SOAR and threat intelligence correlation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead advanced threat analysis and incident response in the NSOC
- Mentor L1/L2 analysts and optimize mean time to resolution
- Develop incident response playbooks
- Execute root cause analysis using operational dashboards
- Coordinate with sectoral CERTs for national threat mitigation
- Maintain cybersecurity compliance and KPI reporting
- Maintain awareness of advanced persistent threats
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - BS/MS Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Security, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications & Networking, Electronics Engineering, in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Security, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications & Networking, Electronics Engineering or related field
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 8 years
- Minimum 8 years in SOC operations with 3+ years in threat hunting and incident escalation
