• Convert Business Requirement Documents into System Requirements Specification, Functional Requirements Specification and system design specifications
• Design multi-tier system architecture across presentation, application and data layers
• Produce modular system design for scalability and microservice-oriented structuring where applicable
• Design workflow-driven system architecture aligned with governance processes
• Design API-based interoperability across departmental systems and secure service-to-service data exchange layers
• Coordinate middleware for cross-system synchronization
• Perform logical and physical data modelling and entity-relationship structuring for monitoring datasets
• Define data normalization and indexing strategy and align with data governance for consistency, integrity and lineage
• Coordinate the requirement, design, development, testing and deployment lifecycle
• Support UAT planning and validation and coordinate system regression and integration testing
• Plan performance optimization for response time and throughput and scalability for high-volume monitoring data
• Align security architecture including role-based access and audit trails
• Produce system architecture diagrams (HLD/LLD), API documentation standards and deployment and configuration guides

• Bachelors (16 Years) - BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Data Science, BS Software Engineering, in Computational Science, Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors degree (Hons) in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering or a relevant degree from an HEC recognized university
• 5 years post-qualification experience including at least one year in the public sector
• Analytical skills
• Presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong oral and written skills

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• 5 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field including at least one year experience in the public sector
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Entities Registered with SECP, Private Entities Registered with Registrar of Firms, Private Entities Registered with a Public Sector Regulatory Authority
