• Lead and deliver end-to-end development across React frontend and .NET backend layers
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with ADO.NET and SQL Server as the data layer
• Build reusable, scalable React components following modern patterns such as hooks, context API and lazy loading
• Implement .NET Web API endpoints with proper authentication, authorization and error handling
• Write optimized SQL Server queries, stored procedures and views for business logic and reporting
• Use Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or equivalent AI tools as a core part of the development workflow
• Promote and enforce AI-augmented coding practices within the team
• Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation and test case creation
• Manage Git branching, merging and pull request workflows across the team
• Configure and maintain Docker containers for consistent development and deployment environments
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation testing
• Lead sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming and daily standups
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality gates across the full stack
• Mentor junior full-stack developers and pair-program to accelerate skill development
• Collaborate with UX designers, QA engineers and business analysts to translate requirements into working software
• Prepare technical documentation including API contracts, data flow diagrams and deployment runbooks

• Bachelors (16 Years) - BS Computer Science, BS Software Engineering, BS Information Technology, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors degree (Hons) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent from a recognized university
• Minimum 08 years hands-on full-stack development experience including 4 years as team lead or senior developer
• React.js component lifecycle, hooks, routing and state management
• ASP.NET Core Web API with dependency injection, middleware, JWT authentication and Dapper/ADO.NET
• Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, joins, indexing and query tuning
• Git feature branching, Git Flow and code review via pull requests
• OOP and design patterns including Repository, Factory, Singleton and Service layer architecture
• Mandatory daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude or Copilot
• Docker multi-stage Dockerfiles and docker-compose
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions a plus

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• Minimum 08 years of hands-on full-stack development experience including at least 4 years in a team lead or senior developer capacity, with a demonstrable portfolio of React and .NET applications; public-sector or enterprise-grade software experience preferred
