• Define and enforce software architecture standards across the full stack of React, .NET and SQL Server
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews and architectural decision-making sessions
• Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices and design patterns including Repository, CQRS and Factory
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks and tools for the PERA technology stack
• Ensure all systems adhere to OOP principles and SOLID design for maintainability and scalability
• Leverage Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor and other AI coding tools to accelerate development cycles
• Establish team-wide protocols for AI-assisted code generation, review and quality assurance
• Train and guide team members on effective prompting and AI tool usage
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance using Git-based workflows
• Champion Docker containerization for development, testing and production environments
• Monitor application performance, security and scalability and implement proactive remediation
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct one-on-ones and technical growth plans
• Coordinate with product, QA and operations teams for sprint planning and delivery milestones
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications and API contracts
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies and UAT and production deployment procedures

• Bachelors (16 Years) - BS Computer Science, BS Software Engineering, BS Information Technology, in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors degree (Hons) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent from a recognized university
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification software development experience including 4 years in technical leadership
• React.js, ASP.NET Core/.NET Web API, MVC, middleware and dependency injection
• Microsoft SQL Server with ADO.NET, stored procedures and query optimization
• Git branching strategies and pull request workflows
• SOLID principles and design patterns including Repository, Factory, Singleton and CQRS
• Mandatory daily use of Claude, GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI tools
• Docker containerization and orchestration knowledge
• CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance a strong plus

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in software development including at least 4 years in a technical leadership or senior developer role; experience in government or public-sector software projects highly desirable
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Entities Registered with SECP, Private Entities Registered with Registrar of Firms, Private Entities Registered with a Public Sector Regulatory Authority
