• Handle overall financial administration of projects and administer preparation of annual budget, financial reports and audit of annual accounts
• Maintain comprehensive expenditure statements of all contracts and fundings
• Plan disbursement targets of funding and follow up at different levels
• Issue monthly, quarterly and yearly end financial reports to the Auditor General of Pakistan and Government of Punjab
• Set up internal control systems in accordance with Financial Management Manuals
• Ensure control and maintain overall financial discipline in disbursements
• Assist the Project Director in financial and administrative matters of offices attached with PMO
• Monitor and report project progress to various authorities
• Assist the Project Director in interaction with contractors, consultants and stakeholders on monthly progress reviews
• Ensure contractual obligations are complied with before payment of any bill

• Bachelors (16 Years)|Professional Qualification - ACA, ACMA, ACCA, MBA Finance, in Accounting, Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, recognised by HEC
• Professional degree of ACA, ACMA or ACCA with 10 years post-qualification experience, or MBA (Finance) with 12 years post-qualification experience
• Familiar with latest accounting rules and regulations and financial management software
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Relevant working experience in account handling of civil projects
• Computer literate
• Punjab domicile

• Required experience: At least 10 years
• 10 years post-qualification experience with ACA/ACMA/ACCA or 12 years post-qualification experience with MBA (Finance), including relevant working experience in account handling of civil projects
• Experience accepted from: Government Departments, Public Sector Organizations, Water Sector Projects
