Admin / Accounts Assistant

Admin / Accounts Assistant to process salary disbursements, maintain project expenditure records and provide procurement and administrative support to the project.

• Process salary disbursements and travel claims for project staff
• Maintain project expenditure records
• Coordinate with the EPA Punjab finance wing for budget releases
• Provide procurement support including documentation, vendor coordination and tender filing
• Arrange project meetings, minutes and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with financial rules and audit requirements
• Any other task assigned by higher authorities

• Bachelors (14 Years) - B.Com, BBA, Bachelors in Finance, in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, recognised by HEC
• Skills in SAP, accounts and public sector procurement under PPRA

• Required experience: At least 3 years
• Minimum 03 years of relevant experience at Bachelors (14 years) level; skills in SAP, accounts and public sector procurement according to PPRA

• All candidates: 25 – 45 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 6 Sept 2026.
