Duties and responsibilities
- Provide logistics and administrative services including office infrastructure, equipment, supplies, transportation, registry and inventory management
- Support budget execution, accounting and book keeping
- Supervise support staff to meet office needs and associated logistics
- Organize, secure and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - Bachelors in Finance, Bachelors in Business Administration, Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Accounting, in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or Accounting
- 03 years of relevant work experience in financial management, accounting and budgeting
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 3 years

Age limit
- Male: 18 – 60 years
- Female: 18 – 60 years
- Transgender: 18 – 60 years
