Admin & Accounts Officer

Admin & Accounts Officer to provide administrative and financial management support to the Industrial Transformation Unit including budgeting, accounts, payments and audit compliance.

• Provide administrative and financial management support including office administration, record management, budgeting and maintenance of accounts
• Ensure timely payment processing, expenditure monitoring and accurate maintenance of financial records, personal files and documentation in compliance with government accounting rules
• Coordinate with the Planning & Development Department, Finance Department, Accountant General Office and Treasury Office for budget release and related financial matters
• Facilitate audit processes, ensure compliance with audit requirements and assist in addressing audit observations

• Bachelors (16 Years) or Master's or Professional Qualification - CA, ACCA, ACMA, Masters in Finance, Masters in Accounting, MBA, in Accounting, Business Administration, Chartered Accountancy, Finance, recognised by HEC
• CA, ACCA, ACMA or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution

• Required experience: At least 7 years
• At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in accounts management, budgeting, auditing or financial administration with proven ability to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with government accounting rules

• All candidates: 28 – 45 years
• Age is counted on the closing date, 31 Aug 2026.
