Administrative Assistant (Protocol) to provide administrative support for protocol functions at PIFTAC.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for protocol functions
- Maintain records, registers and documentation
- Coordinate with internal wings and external offices
- Perform duties assigned by the competent authority
Eligibility criteria
- Intermediate - Higher Secondary School Certificate (12 years), recognised by HEC
- Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board
- Retired Junior Commissioned Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer of the Armed Forces, qualified in Unit Educational Instructor Course
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 20 years
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the relevant field
- Experience accepted from: Armed Forces
Age limit
- All candidates: 35 – 50 years
