About this vacancy
Assist the manager in planning, organizing, managing and implementing a skills programme, with administrative and coordination support for the Program Manager and capacity-building team. A 3% annual increment applies based on KPI achievement and overall yearly performance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage program documentation, correspondence and records
- Handle scheduling, logistics and coordination for capacity-building activities
- Assist with evaluations, audits and data collection, analysis and reporting
- Manage program resources including personnel, budget and materials
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops and seminars
- Track project performance and provide updates to the Program Manager
- Coordinate with stakeholders
- Any other task assigned by the management
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Minimum 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences or IT
- PSDP/ADP/government project experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Project and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in HR development, project management or capacity development; preference to candidates with PSDP/ADP/government project experience
- Experience accepted from: Government Projects, PSDP Projects, ADP Projects
