About this vacancy
Support the Program Manager and capacity-building team with administrative, documentation and coordination work for PSEB capacity-building programmes. A 3% annual increment applies based on KPI achievement and overall yearly performance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and team
- Manage program documentation, correspondence and records
- Handle scheduling, logistics and coordination for capacity-building activities
- Assist with program resources including personnel, budget and materials
- Collect, analyze and interpret capacity-building data and prepare reports and presentations
- Help organize meetings, conferences and networking events
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops and seminars
- Assist in designing and implementing capacity-building programs
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure program alignment and delivery
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Minimum 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences or IT
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Project and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 2 years
- Minimum 2 years overall experience in administration, document management, project management or capacity development; experience with PSDP projects preferred
- Experience accepted from: Government Projects, PSDP Projects
