Assistant Director (Development) at the Punjab Land Records Authority, supporting documentation, coordination and monitoring of development schemes.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare draft reports, minutes and correspondence related to development schemes
- Maintain the database of ongoing and completed projects
- Coordinate meetings, presentations and visits of officials and stakeholders
- Verify contractor bills and documentation against deliverables
- Prepare comparative statements, procurement documentation and evaluation summaries
- Follow up on project timelines and highlight pending tasks or bottlenecks
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all development project records
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - B.Sc Civil Engineering with membership (Registered Engineer) of the Pakistan Engineering Council, in Civil Engineering/Sciences, Civil Engineering, recognised by HEC
- B.Sc Civil Engineering with membership as a Registered Engineer of the Pakistan Engineering Council
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 3 years
- 3 years relevant experience in large organizations of the private or public sector
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations, Private Sector Organizations
Age limit
- All candidates: 24 – 34 years
