Duties and responsibilities
- Provide legal support on counter terrorism, criminal, international, cyber and human rights law
- Draft and review legal documents and opinions
- Support litigation and liaison with prosecution agencies
- Maintain legal records and case files
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - 16 Years Education in Law, LLB, in Law, recognised by HEC
- Assistant Director (Legal) to provide legal support and advice at PIFTAC.
- 16 years of education in Law or LLB (at least 2nd division or equivalent CGPA) from an HEC recognized institution
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Counter Terrorism, Counter Finance Terrorism, Criminal Law, International Law, Cyber Law or Human Rights Law
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Counter Terrorism, Counter Finance Terrorism, Criminal Law, International Laws, Cyber Laws or Human Rights Laws
Age limit
- Male: 35 – 50 years
- Female: 35 – 50 years
- Transgender: 35 – 50 years
