Duties and responsibilities
- Support the drafting and revision of rules, regulations and legal frameworks for government approval
- Help implement compliance frameworks for data protection, privacy and security regulations
- Conduct research and provide legal analysis on national and international laws impacting NADRA
- Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and assist in risk assessments
- Collaborate with government agencies, regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure policy alignment
- Prepare reports, recommendations and legal documents for senior management
- Prepare legal opinions on policy, compliance and regulatory matters
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Bar at Law, in Law, recognised by HEC
- LL.B or Bar at Law
- Minimum 16 years of HEC verified education
- Degrees must be attested by HEC
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of Pakistani laws related to citizenship, registration, data protection and privacy
- Excellent research, analytical, legal drafting and opinion writing skills
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 2 years
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 5 or more years of experience.

- Male: 18 – 40 years
- Female: 18 – 40 years
- Transgender: 18 – 40 years
