Assistant Director (Monitoring & Evaluation - Civil Works)

Assistant Director (Monitoring & Evaluation - Civil Works) to develop and operate the Project Performance Monitoring System and reporting for the Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab Project.

• Assist the PIU and executing and implementing agencies in all matters related to monitoring and evaluation
• Develop the Project Performance Monitoring System in accordance with PIU and ADB requirements
• Develop monitoring procedures for different parameters in the PPMS
• Report the performance of projects according to the parameters in the PPMS
• Maintain a calendar of M&E activities
• Prepare periodic monthly and quarterly reports
• Support the staff of implementing agencies in preparation of progress reports
• Work closely with other specialists of the PIU and implementing agencies to provide M&E guidance and feedback
• Perform any other task assigned by the Project Director

• Bachelors (16 Years) or Master's - Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Masters in Civil Engineering, Masters in Construction Management, Masters in Project Management, in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Engineering, recognised by HEC
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field, preferably Masters in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
• Experience with foreign funded projects and international organizations preferred

• Required experience: At least 8 years
• Preferably 8 years of general experience and preferably 5 years of relevant experience as M&E Specialist or reporting specialist for major infrastructure projects with proven experience in monitoring, coordination, evaluation and reporting
• Experience accepted from: Foreign Funded Projects, International Organizations, Government Institutions, Asian Development Bank Projects

• All candidates: 35 – 50 years
