Duties and responsibilities
- Assist the PIU and executing and implementing agencies in all matters related to monitoring and evaluation
- Develop the Project Performance Monitoring System in accordance with PIU and ADB requirements
- Develop monitoring procedures for different parameters in the PPMS
- Report the performance of projects according to the parameters in the PPMS
- Maintain a calendar of M&E activities
- Prepare periodic monthly and quarterly reports
- Support the staff of implementing agencies in preparation of progress reports
- Work closely with other specialists of the PIU and implementing agencies to provide M&E guidance and feedback
- Perform any other task assigned by the Project Director
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelors (16 Years)|Masters - Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Masters in Civil Engineering, Masters in Construction Management, Masters in Project Management, in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field, preferably Masters in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
- Preferably 8 years general experience and 5 years relevant experience as M&E or reporting specialist for major infrastructure projects
- Experience with foreign funded projects and international organizations preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 8 years
- Preferably 8 years of general experience and preferably 5 years of relevant experience as M&E Specialist or reporting specialist for major infrastructure projects with proven experience in monitoring, coordination, evaluation and reporting
- Experience accepted from: Foreign Funded Projects, International Organizations, Government Institutions, Asian Development Bank Projects
