• Identify, approach and onboard new franchise/business locations to grow regional presence
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales, revenue and billing targets
• Travel extensively within the assigned region for franchisee visits and field supervision
• Motivate, train and manage a network of franchisees and field staff (BEs)
• Negotiate and build relationships with local businesses and franchise partners
• Read regional performance data, identify underperformance and take corrective field action
• Provide leadership and communication while operating with high autonomy in the field

• Bachelor - BBA, MBA, in Business Administration, recognised by HEC
• Master's/Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent from an HEC recognized university
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience including 2 years in a target-driven field role
• Experience in field sales, business development or franchise/dealer network management
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Maximum age 37 years including 5 years relaxation
• NOC required for Government/Semi-Government employees

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in a target-driven field role. Proven track record in field sales, business development, or franchise/dealer network management, preferably in fintech, telecom, banking or reseller networks.
