Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in planning, execution and monitoring of civil works related to bus depots, terminals, bus shelters and allied infrastructure
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs and contractor submissions for compliance with project requirements
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress, quality and adherence to approved schedules
- Verify measurements, contractor bills and work completion certificates
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, utility agencies and relevant stakeholders on technical matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, specifications and safety requirements
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates and project documentation
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager (Engineering), Chief Engineer or Project Director
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, in Civil Engineering/Sciences, Transportation Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering or related from an HEC recognized university
- Minimum 05 years of overall experience in construction supervision, infrastructure development and project planning, designing and execution
- Experience in public sector building infrastructure projects shall be preferred
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 5 years
- Minimum 05 years of overall experience in construction supervision, infrastructure development and project planning, designing and execution; experience in public sector building infrastructure projects preferred
- Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations
