About this vacancy
The Assistant Manager Collaboration will support the development, execution and management of strategic collaborations and partnerships for Ignite's initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with local and international stakeholders
- Support drafting and negotiation of partnership proposals, MoUs and agreements
- Coordinate partnership activities and facilitate communication between Ignite and partner organizations
- Organize and represent Ignite at collaboration meetings, innovation forums and international delegations
- Support implementation of joint initiatives aligned with project objectives
- Maintain partnership databases, track KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Plan, organize and manage events, workshops and networking sessions
- Research global best practices for collaboration in innovation and startup ecosystems
- Provide administrative and logistical support for collaboration initiatives
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's - BS Economics, BS International Relations, BBA and variants, LLB (Mercantile Law), BS Accounting & Finance and related disciplines as listed in the advertisement, in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, recognised by HEC
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Relations, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, LLB (Mercantile Law) or a related discipline
- Interpersonal communication and stakeholder relationship management
- Project management and report writing
- Ability to work under pressure
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 3 years
- 3+ years in partnership development, project coordination, public-private collaborations or a related field
