About this vacancy
Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO), a public-sector electric utility serving more than 5.1 million consumers, is hiring through NTS for its Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) requirements. Appointment on contract with lump sum pay package initially for three years, extendable on satisfactory performance; contract services will not be regularized in future. Selected candidates will perform duties within GEPCO jurisdiction. Posts filled on open merit basis. The recruitment is conducted by National Testing Service (NTS) on behalf of Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO).
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's - Four-years Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, recognised by HEC
- Candidates from all over Pakistan eligible
- CGPA holders must obtain transcripts with percentage marks from their institution
- Government servants must apply through proper channel with NOC
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Windows, Internet, e-mail) is an additional advantage
- Dismissed employees or those with criminal record are not eligible
- Separate application form for each post
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 2 years
- At least two years' experience in the relevant field
Age limit
- All candidates: 21 – 33 years
- Age is counted on the closing date, 23 Oct 2026.
