Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist the Head and Manager Internal Affairs in headquarters-level coordination and monitoring
  • Maintain central records of complaints, field intelligence reports, inquiries, misconduct cases and disciplinary recommendations
  • Analyze data received from field positions regarding bribery, misconduct, misuse of authority, public complaints and operational loopholes
  • Prepare dashboards, summaries, briefs and periodic reports for management review
  • Track progress of preliminary inquiries, fact-finding reports and cases recommended for Efficiency & Disciplinary Proceedings
  • Coordinate with field Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers, HR, legal, disciplinary branch and administrative units
  • Identify trends, repeat offenders, high-risk districts, vulnerable enforcement areas and recurring misconduct patterns
  • Maintain confidential files, source information, complaint records and investigation documentation
  • Assist in drafting SOPs, reporting templates, inspection checklists and internal affairs protocols
  • Support scrutiny of complaints and preparation of preliminary notes for the competent authority
  • Ensure timely compilation and submission of monthly, quarterly and special reports
  • Monitor compliance of decisions taken on internal affairs reports and disciplinary recommendations
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for investigations, reviews and vigilance operations
  • Ensure secrecy, accuracy and integrity of all internal affairs records

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelors (16 Years)|Masters - Bachelors in any discipline, Masters in any discipline, in Business Administration, Law, Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Management Sciences
  • Masters or Bachelors level education in any discipline from any educational setup
  • 03 years experience in Armed Forces, Police or any other law enforcement agency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with policy making and implementation processes

Experience required

  • Required experience: At least 3 years
  • 03 years experience in the Armed Forces, Police or any other law enforcement agency, with preference to candidates with experience in premier intelligence organizations within the country
  • Experience accepted from: Armed Forces, Police, Law Enforcement Agencies, Premier Intelligence Organizations
