Assistant Manager Monitoring and Evaluation reporting to the Project Manager, responsible for planning and successful execution of project activities in line with PC-1 and project scope. Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and execute project activities in line with PC-1 and project scope
- Manage contracts including drafting, execution and dispute resolution
- Submit and obtain approval of cash plans and release of funds
- Ensure procurements comply with PPRA rules and regulations
- Maintain project records and provide information to management and audits
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Convene project committee meetings and obtain approvals
- Perform milestone review visits with higher management
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor - 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, IT, Project Management, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, recognised by HEC
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, HR, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, IT or Project Management
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in project management or monitoring and evaluation
- At least 3 years working in PSDP projects
- Excellent project management and presentation skills
Experience required
- Required experience: At least 4 years
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation with at least 3 years in PSDP projects
