• Assist in procurement planning, tendering, contract administration and contractor or consultant management for the electric bus depot project
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures, budgets and timelines
• Review bidding documents and assist in management of tendering and bid evaluation processes
• Assist in preparation and evaluation of tenders and coordinate with technical teams for specifications
• Support negotiation and administration of contracts and monitor supplier and contractor performance
• Manage variations and claims
• Ensure compliance with PPRA Rules, FIDIC standards, PEC standards, financial procedures and other regulatory bodies
• Assist in maintenance of procurement records and reports
• Any other task assigned

• Bachelor|Master - Masters in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, BSc Engineering, in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, recognised by HEC
• Masters in Economics, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or BSc Engineering or equivalent from an HEC recognized university
• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience
• Experience in public procurement and contract administration will be preferred

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience; experience in public procurement and contract administration preferred
• Experience accepted from: Public Sector Organizations
