• Plan and execute procurement in compliance with PPRA Rules
• Manage vendors and evaluate bids
• Prepare and manage procurement contracts
• Maintain inventory and asset records
• Prepare procurement reports and documentation
• Support process improvement and risk management

• Bachelor - 16 Years Education in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration or Supply Chain Management, in Business Administration, Economics, recognised by HEC
• 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration or Supply Chain Management
• Overall 05 years of experience including 03 years in procurement
• Proven experience of Punjab PPRA Rules
• MCIPS or Certified Professional in Supply Management preferred
• Experience with EPADS preferred

• Required experience: At least 5 years
• Overall work experience of 05 years including 03 years of professional experience in procurement, with proven experience of Punjab PPRA Rules

• Male: 18 – 55 years
• Female: 18 – 55 years
• Transgender: 18 – 55 years
